What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of industry experience in building complex systems as a Software Engineer
- Strong TypeScript skills and experience architecting scalable, efficient solutions
- Critical thinking – Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound technical decisions aligned with business priorities
- Collaboration – Comfort working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- A builder mindset - you enjoy creating tools, abstractions, and automations that make the whole team more efficient

Your Day-to-Day
- Design and implement AI agent orchestrations, integrations, and automations directly tied to customer use cases
- Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and ensure our platform delivers
- Create internal tools and abstractions that make your work — and your teammates’ work — faster and more reliable
- Continuously optimize workflows for scalability and maintainability
- Share insights with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and improve user experience

- Experience working with enterprise clients or complex decision-making processes
