We’re now looking for a hands-on Solution Engineer who thrives at the intersection of problem-solving, systems architecture, and customer success.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 4 years of industry experience in building complex systems as a Software Engineer
  • Strong TypeScript skills and experience architecting scalable, efficient solutions
  • Critical thinking – Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound technical decisions aligned with business priorities
  • Collaboration – Comfort working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments
  • A builder mindset - you enjoy creating tools, abstractions, and automations that make the whole team more efficient

Your Day-to-Day

  • Design and implement AI agent orchestrations, integrations, and automations directly tied to customer use cases
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and ensure our platform delivers
  • Create internal tools and abstractions that make your work — and your teammates’ work — faster and more reliable
  • Continuously optimize workflows for scalability and maintainability
  • Share insights with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and improve user experience

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or complex decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of AI platforms, workflow automation, or legal tech
  • A background in consulting or customer-facing engineering roles
