We are now looking for a Deployment Strategist who will play a pivotal role in building our capabilities to drive real impact with our clients by managing the delivery through adoption in partnership with our solution engineers and leading internal special projects. You’ll have real autonomy to drive projects, make strategic decisions, and help shape the future of Tela alongside “chefs” (as we call ourselves) who are ex-MBB professionals with deep business experience. In addition, you’ll work directly with senior executives at large companies, acting as a strategic partner.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to understand complex business problems and design AI-native solutions
- Experience leading implementation projects with multiple stakeholders and high operational impact
- Strategic vision to define the evolution of Tela's capabilities and how to drive, quantify and communicate impact in our clients
- Analytical mindset to identify and prioritize operational opportunities with the highest value
- Organization and discipline to manage scope, timelines, cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies in enterprise environments.
- Continuous learning mindset, with a focus on capturing insights and evolving delivery methodologies.

Your Day-to-Day
- Lead client relationships throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment, trust, and value delivery
- Lead and implement strategic projects within Tela, shaping the future of AI usage
- Orchestrate AI projects from discovery through scaled adoption, coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with solution engineers to define and validate AI agents and automations applied to real-world problems.
- Identify and structure growth strategies in partnership with sales and product teams
- Facilitate executive-level decision-making, helping leaders evaluate trade-offs and organizational impact.
- Track success indicators, translating technical results into business-perceived value.
