DSL Services

DSL service connects your home or business to the Internet with a high-speed (256k and up) connection. DSL service is desirable when you have multiple computers which access the Internet simultaneously and/or you spend a high amount of time online. DSL uses your existing phone line, or a separate line can be installed. You can continue to use your phone line for voice, fax, and/or modem while you are online. Availability

DSL is available in most areas served by Qwest telephone service. Tela offers DSL only in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding local calling area.

To determine if DSL is available at your location, please fill out the DSL Availability Inquiry form. Qwest is continually upgrading it's DSL service availabiltiy, so if your location does not qualify, you may want to try again every few weeks.

Ordering DSL

Installation time is approximately 5 business days for DSL.
To order DSL, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the DSL Availability Inquiry form. DSL Availibility will be emailed to you.
  2. Select an available package from the DSL Pricing Information page.
  3. Email us at dslinfo@tela.com or 651-489-4340 if you have any questions or to place an order.
