Tela offers equipment co-location services for customers who have a high-volume web site requirement. You can have your equipment located in our Internet center directly connected to the Internet. We offer security, file backup, administration, maintenance and consulting services as needed.

You may operate any Internet service which is allowed by our Usage Policy. You may not resell Internet connection services.

We can develop an Intranet site for your company so that your employees can easily access your company information in a secure environment. We can develop applications that access existing databases and information sources.

Tela has experience with Cisco IOS and PIX firewalls. We can create a needs assessment, develop a network security plan, perform product evaluation and recommendation, and install and configure your network and firewall. We can also perform VPN configuration and network auditing.

We are experienced with DNS and EMail server systems. We can design your DNS environment and administer your DNS server(s) within your company's network. We can also help evaluate, recommend, and deploy email client and server systems.

We have experience with Sendmail on unix and Microsoft Exchange server on Microsoft operating system platforms.

The setup charge for the small business package is $100.00 and the monthly charge is $50.00.

The small business package is available with dial-up ISDN service for a monthly charge of $75.00 or 256K DSL for $40.00.

There is no setup charge for custom domain name registration for Tela customers. Otherwise the cost is $20.00 plus the annual domain registration fee. Domain registration fees are presently $20.00/year. (effective June 1, 2002).

Tela customers may use this Domain Registration Form to submit a request for custom domain registration.

Our Policy

Tela's policy is to provide domain name services to our customers to support their business. Tela makes no claim to ownership or interest to the customer's domain name.

Tela must be listed as the Technical contact on a domain registration in order to provide DNS services. We will not provide DNS services to domain names that do not comply.

Each extra mailbox is $5.00 per month.

There is no setup or monthly charge.

Tela offers server-based Email SPAM filtering. Your Email is scanned automatically using our spam filters before the email is placed in your mailbox. This solution does not require any software to be installed on your computer. You can choose whether to discard any SPAM messages or have your email client program put them into a separate folder.

The cost is $2.00 per mailbox per month.

We also offer spam filtering for external mail servers. We will filter your mail before passing it to your SMTP server. The monthly cost for this service is $2.00 per mailbox per month with a minimum charge for 5 mailboxes.

Tela offers server-based Email antivirus. Your Email is scanned automatically for any viruses before the email is placed in your mailbox. This solution does not require any software to be installed on your computer. You are notified by email if a virus was detected in an incoming message.

Tela recommends that you also utilize an antivirus program on your computer or network server in addition to email antivirus.

The cost is $2.00 per mailbox per month with a minimum charge for 5 mailboxes. All mailboxes within your domain account must be scanned (the antivirus is set up for the entire domain).

This service is also available for external mail servers. We will virus scan your mail before passing it to your SMTP server.

Up to 100 Megabytes of disc storage is allocated.

A file upload website permits you to have a private area on your website to store large files to be transferred to remote locations within your company or within your customer base. The file upload website allows access by authorized persons using a password.

The file upload website is easier to use than the file transfer server and is accessed through a standard web browser.

A private file upload website can be used for customer support, community access, or other uses.

Up to 100 Megabytes of disc storage is allocated.

Initial setup is $100.00 and the monthly charge is $25.00. Additional space is available for $0.25 per megabyte per month ($25.00 for 100 megabytes).
