Domain Name Registration Form

This form is used for Tela customers to request a domain name to be registered or transferred on your behalf. You may register a domain name and request an invoice to be mailed to you. Note: Payment of the domain registration fees is required, whether or not you ultimately use the domain name for any purposes.

Please review the relevant Policies and Agreements before registering a domain name. You agree thto the terms of these agreements as set by the domain name registration authorities.

gTLDs available: .COM, .NET, .ORG, .US, .INFO, .NAME, .BIZ, .CC, .CN, .EU, .NL, .UK, .TV.

Domain Transfers should be indicated with the check box below.

Use the Whois query to determine if a domain name is already registered.

Tela Customers: Do not use the Verisign / Network Solutions / OpenSRS registration form(s) - please use the form below

The form will be submitted to Tela and a reply will be sent to you via E-Mail.

Domain registration takes approximately one day to be completed. You will be notified via E-mail when the domain registration is complete.

Note: Your request will be forwarded for processing after this form is submitted. Tela is not responsible for delays due to data entry errors or delays in processing by domain registration servers. Domain registration forms are processed on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. It is possible for more than one party to simultaneously request a domain name registration. In this case, the processing order may result in the registration being awarded to another party. Tela is not responsible for the processing sequence.

Fees

Standard Tela fees for domain registration will be billed to your Tela account unless other arrangements have been made.

You are responsible for all domain registration fees, WHETHER YOU USE THE DOMAIN NAME OR NOT.
Deletion or abandonment of the domain name does not remove your payment obligation.

Effective 9/15/2005, the annual domain registration fee for all TLD extentions except ".cc", ".cn", and ".tv", is $20.00.
".cc", ".cn", and ".tv" extensions are $35.00 per year.

2. Complete Domain Name Do not include "www.". Domain names can be up to 63 characters long, including the generic top level domain (gTLD): (.COM, .ORG, etc). and can contain letters, numbers and a hyphen (-). No other characters are allowed.

Please review the policies regarding the gTLD you wish to register. Some registrations have terms and conditions regarding use of the gTLD.
